Punta San Carlos, Day Four
The wind in PSC continues to evade us as we had another day of non-planing conditions yesterday. Though, we did have a fun NW swell hit which provided light air wavesailing at the east end of Beach Break near the Chili Bowl point. This trip, I am definitely getting plenty of experience wavesailing a SUP. Its fun to drive the "tank" though the wave zone and hit the lip! Granted, I would much rather be on a 76ltr wave stick, but the big Quatro SUP remains fun, especially in the warm water we have here now at PSC.
Earlier, Neil and Rodney flew their WindWarrior gliders up on the ridge about a mile from camp. We hiked up to watch, and it was a nice scenic walk up to the ridge overlooking the camp area. Included are some photos from the hike:

Hope you get something later today.....your patience must be wearing thin! Jimena may work for you if there isn't too much rain. Best of luck. nick
Stay safe out there
The wind part of windsurfing occasionally brings us heartbreak. But I guess it makes that next session all the sweeter.
Are those birds on the water in the SUP photo?
BTW, this is the first time I have been able to access your site in quite a while and I notice you are advertisement free. Some thing or things appear to have been preventing me from opening your blog. Too many big-brother biometric analysis algorithms perhaps?
Just wanted to 2nd that website trouble. I could not open the main blog page on Sunday through Tuesday. I could access it if I found an older post on google, clicked on that.. and then clicked home from there.
Great pics. By the way, also having trouble launching the site (bookmark no longer works). Am able to launch specific entries via links from other sites (i.e. live2sail). Enjoy out there!
