DC Party Weekend

Lauren and I took our first summer "vacation" to DC this past weekend. We had a fun time enjoying the urban scene, and packed a lot into three days. Activities including everything from visiting my company's new Arlington office, to sailing on the Chesapeake Bay. Peppered in there was a visit to the HR57 Jazz Club, and hanging with the crew at a hip DC house party.

Mike and I in the stern of the sailboat. The winds were blowing solid 24mph that day...I could have had my 5.3m up!


Later, that evening after sailing...that's me hanging out solo in the "Orange Room." We were at that party until 5:00am Sunday morning?!

You can tell, we were there until 5:00am, but I only lasted until 3:00am.
