Hurricane Florence Day III
Well, I missed it, but yesterday reports from down south in Hatteras noted another fun day of solid head high set waves and action at Ocracoke. Caleb called yesterday afternoon wondering where I was at, but after taking a half day off work on Monday, I decided to stay "on the clock." The winds appeared to fade though the afternoon so I did not want to risk a 1.5 hr road sailing session. All in all, if I was already down there or could have left Nags Head early in the morning, it probably would have been another fun wavesailing session! Chalk yesterday as a "Missed It" in my calendar, though I am glad the guys caught it again!
