Hatteras Windsurfing in Print!

There is something special about viewing windsurfing content in print. Perhaps its the tangible feel of the photographs mixed with a publication layout, making the "editorial cut," the unknown audience viewing the pages, or simply showcasing to your buddies..."hey, check this out!" Print publication will always hold a special place for the visual windsurfing world. Heck, I am currently searching for a frame to mount the NEWj Sept 2008 cover shot!

Over the past year we had some awesome print coverage for Hatteras windsurfing action! New England Windsurfing Journal featured the greatest amount of coverage with numerous Hatteras cover shots along with abundant feature content. Windsurfing Magazine showcased a healthy dose of content including the most recent HotShots full page photo of Keith M on the Kite Point speed slick. Windsport featured a travel guide specific to the Canadian Hole, and locally, the Island Breeze featured a number of articles.

All in all, its great to see Hatteras windsurfing in print, and I am always psyched to view this part of the world in the pages of a mailbox delivered/newstand publication!

What will 2009 have in store?! Well, if anything, we will definitely have a ton of stock photography!

PS: Hopefully, a Windsurfing HotShots photo of "warm weather" Hatteras wavesailing?!? Trunks only, blue skies, and our famously blue/green water.
