Nights in Rodanthe House Moved!
They finally did it! The house has been moved out of the ocean and to the safety of dry sand away from the pounding surf. Great job and congratulations to the new owner, the moving company, and local/state authorities. Hopefully, this action will be a role model for other Outer Banks properties which are basically victims to a relentless ocean.

$2000 a week in the off-season is WAY too much for this house! We've rented homes Oceanside and Soundfront with Midgett and Outer Beaches Realty with same amount of bedrooms and baths, with game room, hot tub, and better amenities in Avon and Buxton during the beginning of May for only $800-1000 a week. Who cares if Richard Gere and Diane Lane filmed there. They were probably staying in this house for free anyways... http://www.bestofhatteras.com/VacationRentals/Rodanthe/Details/SentinelonPamlico/
